Victoria believes that great communication has the power to change the world. She's passionate about helping organisations to lift their profiles, inspire action and achieve remarkable results by crafting and delivering their stories and messages in a clear, compelling and persuasive way.
A trained writer, editor and communication advisor, Victoria has spent more than 12 years creating strategic communication plans, high-impact business content and long-lasting professional relationships.
Over the past three years, Victoria has successfully led communications for large scale transformation and regulatory reform programs at financial services companies such as Allianz, Insurance Australia Group and Insurance and Care NSW.
Prior to this, Victoria spent nine years leading corporate communication functions at companies like Staples Australia and New Zealand and Stryker South Pacific. In these roles, Victoria provided strategic communication advice to CEOs and their executive teams, designed company-wide communication plans for key business initiatives and led the development of the corporate communication function, channels and team.
Victoria studied Business at the University of West London, where she achieved High Distinctions in Communications, Marketing, and Design and Creativity. Victoria is a proud member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
Victoria values simplicity, creativity, understanding and trust. Every day, she uses these values to guide how she works and collaborates with others.
In her personal time, Victoria enjoys drawing and painting, creative writing and watching movies.
